Welcome to Prime Time Setup Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Services Provided

Prime Time Setup Services provides professional furniture assembly, TV mounting, and appliance installation services. All services are provided by trained and insured professionals.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a project is unsafe, beyond our scope of expertise, or requires specialized licensing that we do not possess.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we offer same-day service when available, we cannot guarantee availability without prior booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was originally described.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the work to be performed
  • Ensuring all furniture, appliances, and mounting hardware are on-site before our arrival
  • Providing access to the work area and necessary utilities (power outlets, water connections, etc.)
  • Removing any obstacles or preparing the work area as needed
  • Being present or having an authorized representative available during service

5. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you experience any issues with our installation within 30 days of service, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge.

We are fully insured for damage to your property during the course of our work. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Defects in furniture, appliances, or mounting hardware provided by the client
  • Damage to walls or structures that are not up to code or are structurally unsound
  • Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control (missing parts, unsafe conditions, etc.), no cancellation fee will be charged.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
